Figma, HTML & CSS done in Visual Studio Code
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Shoreline Environmental was a web assignment made in collaboration with Simon Liebskind (@5tig.design). The assignment was to make a sustainable and environmentally friendly brand and build a website around it using Figma, HTML, and CSS. We chose to take heavy inspiration from Parley, a company that recycles plastic polluting the ocean into string. The string is then used to make many products, such as shoes and bags. You can download the files to view this site here, as we did not buy a domain.
“Home” page designed and coded by myself. Logo and mockup designed by myself.
Fully functioning navigation header and footer on each page, coded by myself.
Header takes the user to different pages on the site.
“Shop” page mostly coded by Simon. I made all mockups except the ones with blue shirts using Photoshop.
“About” page designed and coded by myself. Page features founder portraits
and a fake story of the development of the business.
Landing page for the “Initiate” page designed and coded by myself. Each button takes the user to the respective section of the “Initiate” page, including the “Our String” section.
“Our String” section of the “Initiate” Page, coded by Simon. My idea for this page
was to suggest ways in which customers could utilize Shoreline Environmental’s
string in sustainable ways. Features an image from my work, “Parabolic”.
“Engage” page, coded by Simon. My idea for this page was for it to be a
newsletter where Shoreline Environmental can display projects it is taking part
in which align with the mission and values, reassuring customers that it is
consistently prioritizing oceanic preservation.
“Contact” page designed and coded by myself.
Instagram account for Shoreline Environmental created by myself.
Works displayed made by Simon except for logo.
