PrintshopJanuary 2025 - May 2025

The Printshop is a space that was created at the end of 2024 by Alexandros Skouras. The objective for the Printshop was to be a space held solely for Graphic Design majors to do work and print out assignments, free of charge. I worked as an intern, assisting students in printing, cutting, binding, and various design needs. I worked with and maintained laser printers, inkjet printers, a Risograph, a saddle-stitcher, a spiral binder, and a paper cutter. I also created signage (11 in. x 17 in.) with important information for different stations in the room and decorated the walls myself with student works, work from the AIGA student group, and from the Student Design Agency. Additionally, before the Printshop was set up, Alexandros assigned me to create a detailed floor plan of the space to determine how everything would fit inside it.
